1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website (sunplanner.subtl.agency) or the SunPlanner app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the app.

2. What SunPlanner is

SunPlanner is a solar production forecasting app for off-grid living: RVs, vans, skoolies, cabins, and homesteads. This website describes the app, lets iPhone users join the notify-me list, and links Android users to install it.

3. Subscription and pricing

SunPlanner is $5 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. A discounted yearly option and a pay-once lifetime option are also available; the exact yearly and lifetime prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase, not on this website. All subscriptions are set up, managed, and billed entirely inside the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. This website does not process payments and has no checkout.

4. Free trial

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial through your Apple or Google account settings and you will not be charged.

5. Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by that platform under its own refund policy, not by SunPlanner directly. To request a refund, use Apple's or Google's standard refund process for your account. Email us if you're not sure where to start and we'll point you the right way.

6. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees

SunPlanner's forecasts are estimates based on available weather data and your equipment's calibration history. They are not guarantees. Actual solar production depends on real-world conditions, cloud cover, equipment condition, shading, and other factors outside our control. Use SunPlanner as a planning tool, not as a substitute for your own judgment about your power system.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this website or the app to do anything illegal, to interfere with how the site or app works, or to try to extract data from the notify-me form or the app in bulk (scraping, automated signups, or similar abuse). We may block access for anyone who does.

8. No warranty

This website and the SunPlanner app are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep forecasts accurate and the site and app running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SunPlanner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the app, including decisions made based on a forecast.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app and business change. Meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
